Lord Melchett and his brother Robert Mond are planning to establish a Chair of Chemistry at the Hebrew University in memory of their father, Ludwig, it is learned here.
The Imperial Chemical Industries, Lord Melchett’s company, has since last May maintained an assistant in the Laboratory for Applied Chemistry at the Hebrew University, defraying the expenses for materials and services.
