William Kaplan, who was an athletic star at Crane Junior College in Chicago, University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University, has been named full-time athletic director at the Jewish Center here. Kaplan has been coach for the American Boys’ Commonwealth organization and an athletic instructor for the Division Street Y. M. C. A. in Chicago.
