The campaign will raise the money by means of a popular campaign and by the establishment of an organization to be called Agudath Bnei El Chai. Ten thousand members, each contributing the sum of $18, will be sought.

Regional conferences to be held throughout the country will be called by rabbis and other prominent Jewish workers.
