Morris Abram, the chairman of U.N. Watch, died Wednesday at 82. A veteran Jewish leader who was chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations from 1986 to 1989, Abram advised five U.S. presidents and was the permanent U.S. representative to the United Nations in Geneva under President Bush.
