Moses Feinstein, a leading American Hebrew poet and educator, died here yesterday at the age of 67. He was a co-founder of the Herzliah Hebrew Teachers Institute of New York and had been dean since 1921.
He served as director of a Jewish Agency education and culture department seminar in Jerusalem in 1953 and had been a member of the board of licensing of the Jewish Education Committee of New York since 1953.
