Mrs. Dora Tukachinsky, mother of Ambassador Yosef Tekoah, assistant director-general of Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and now a member of the Israel delegation to the United Nations, General Assembly, died here yesterday. She was 65, and lived in Queens.
Mrs. Tukachinsky was the wife of Sul Tukachinsky, former president of the Jewish community in Shanghai, China.
