Mrs. Fritzi Siegel. wife of Jack Siegel, executive vice-president of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, died suddenly Oct. 13. Memorial services will be held Sunday. Nov. 3 at the America-Israel Culture House in New York City, at 11:30 a.m.
