Herbert Hoover was suggested as possible head of a relief agency to coordinate all refugee work by Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt at her press conference today.

Mrs. Roosevelt said no one in the country had the experience of the former President in refugee activities. She cited a large number of organizations designed to help Polish, Chinese, Spanish and German refugees, including those who have been admitted to the United States under the immigration quota, and said she believed they should all be coordinated under one director.
