The representative in Russia of the Epidemics Commission of the League of Nations is collaborating with this committee.
The Committee has just purchased 50 clinics, each sufficient to deal with a thousand cases for three months, and has despached these clinics into the regions affected by famine and by epidemics.
The Committee has prdered 50 additional clinics, together with laboratory instruments and microscopes.
An effort is being made from Geneva to enlist public sympathy in order that help may be brought to the medical institutions which are at present struggling against epidemics.
