Inheritances left by families resulting from mixed marriages automatically go to the “Aryan” members of the family, according to an order issued by the Ministry of Justice as “a further application of the regulations under the Nuremberg laws.”
The edict added that “the Nuremberg laws are applicable even in cases not directly specified in the laws dealing with the protection of German blood.”
