Nazi Red Cross Chief Confers with Norman Davis

The Duke of Saxe-Coburg Gotha, president of the German Red Cross, conferred today with Norman H. Davis, chairman of the American Red Cross, but details were not given to the press. The Duke did not see President Roosevelt, who cancelled all appointments because of a cold.
