A Nazi newspaper, Die Bruecke (The Bridge), to promote the cause of Hitlerism in the United States has been started here. The head-quarters of the publisher is given as 308 East Eighty-sixth Street. The purpose of the paper is to combat the boycott movement directed against Germany and “the propaganda of falsehoods which has not yet ceased”. The committee in charge of publicity announced that the newspaper would endeavor “to furnish Germans in America with a peaceful but powerful weapon for their recognition.”
