A Dutch-Israel extradition treaty was signed here today, ending negotiations that lasted over two years. The new treaty, which was signed in Dutch and Hebrew, was necessitated by the fact that the old Anglo-Dutch treaty which applied to Mandated Palestine, did not accord with the provisions of the new extradition law adopted by Israel in 1954.
