Norway’s Supreme Court overturned a lower court’s conviction of a former neo-Nazi leader. A majority of the court’s 11 judges ruled that Terje Sjoelie’s denunciations of Jews and immigrants during an August 2000 rally were within the legal bounds of free speech.
