The prediction that growing resentment against heavy income tax levies in Germany will soon result in the downfall of the Hitler regime is contained in a book by Justice William Harmon Black, of the New York State Supreme Court, published today by the Real Book Company. Justice Black, who spent last summer in the Reich, exposes labor slavery there and appeals to persons of all creeds to help alleviate the plight of the German Jews. He declares that the history of Chancellor Hitler, from his rise to power to the present drive on the Jews, proves he is “not original but relies upon the same bludgeons that cave men used eons ago.” Justice Black is honorary chairman of the Interfaith Movement.
