Word of the death this morning of Numa Torczyner in Amsterdam, Holland, was received here today A former president of the Zionist Organization of Belgium and a resident of New York since 1940, Torczyner was on route home from Israel where he attended the sessions of the Zionist Actions Committee. He was 63 years old.
