Nuremberg Court Rejects Appeal of Streicher’s Family to Return Confiscated Property

The Nuremberg court has rejected an appeal made by the wife and two sons of Julius Streicher, notorious anti-Semitic Nazi leader who was executed after the war by order of the War Crimes Tribunal, to return to them allegedly personal property valued at 77,500 marks, it was reported here today. The court ruled that the property in question should be turned over to restitution funds.
