One of the victims of this week’s clashes in Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip attended a U.S. camp designed to build tolerance between Israeli Arab and Israeli Jewish teen-agers for three summers. Asel Asleh’s family, who live in northern Israel, said he had participated in protests, but did not know if he had thrown stones.
