A report received here today said that in parliamentary elections held recently in the Russian Socialist Federal Republic–containing more than 60 percent of the Soviet Union’s population–several hundred deputies were elected, of whom only two are Jews. The two Jews are Leva Binkovich, deputy for Biro-Bidjan, and Abram Bychovsky, who was elected in Mototov, formerly known as Perm.
