The petition also criticizes the concentrating of the Moslem side of the Wailing Wall case in the hands of the Council.
The signatures to the petition include Sheik Hassad Shoukeri, the Grand Mufti’s rival; Omar Bittar, head of the Moslem-Christian Union of Jaffa and other leading Moslems.
