Announcement was made here today of the formation of two committees to sponsor campaigns on behalf of the World Ort Federation and OZE, respectively Jewish societies for occupational retraining and health work in central and eastern Europe.
A committee was formed in Bombay under the chairmanship of Mayor Nissim, former mayor of Bombay, with Sir Alwyn Ezra as honorary chairman. Another committee was established in Calucutta, with Sir David Ezra, honorary president, and I.J. Cohen, president. The groups were organized by Dr. M. Laserson, of Geneva, campaign representative of both groups, on a recent trip to India.
