Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat’s Fatah faction called on Palestinians to drive all Israelis from the West Bank, Gaza Strip and eastern Jerusalem. In a statement issued Monday, Fatah officials called for “continuous clashes” Wednesday, the anniversary of the 1988 declaration of Palestinian independence issued in Algeria.
