Palestinian security officials said they arrested a man suspected of helping Israel track and kill Palestinian militants in the West Bank town of Jenin. The officials said Tha’er Jaber, 26, confessed to helping Israeli forces track two Palestinians who were killed in May by a missile fired from an Israeli helicopter.
