Palestinian security sources said they arrested a Fatah activist who shot and killed an Israeli infant in Hebron this week — but not for the killing. The Israeli daily Ha’aretz quoted the sources as saying that a Palestinian intelligence officer who killed 10-month-old Shalhevet Pass had been arrested on unrelated charges connected with internal Palestinian politics.
