The wife of Semion Petlura, who was assassinated by Sholom Schwartzbard, has announced that she will institute a civil trial against Schwartzbard.

In making this announcement to Magistrate Peyre, before whom the case of Schwartzbard will be tried, Petlura’s wife stated that she has engaged the attorney Campinchi as her counsel. He will shortly arrange for the trial which will have nothing to do with the prosecution being conducted by the state.
