Captain Julius 1. Peyser, prominent banker and lawyer of the Capital, was today elected a member of the Board of Education in the District of Columbia. The election was made by judges of the Supreme Court of the district.
Rabbi Aaron Simon is also a member of the Board and has served as its Chairman.
