United States District Attorney Phillip Forman, for many years prominent in Republican circles of New Jersey, has been appointed Lieutenant-Colonel in the New Jersey Militia by Governor Larson. Mr. Forman, who was recently mentioned in connection with the appointment of a Federal Judge to the court sitting in Trenton, was one of the leaders in the recent successful drive conducted by the Jewish Federation of Trenton, formed in the early part of this year.
