The Pioneer Women’s Organization yesterday cabled $10,000 to the Working Women’s Council in Palestine for immediate defense measures necessitated by the emergency situation on the Middle Eastern Front, it was announced today.
The funds will be utilized for the protection of children, their removal to safety zones, the support of agricultural training farms for women and assistance to the families of men in the armed services.
