Plans for giving a large number of Jews employment on the White Russian railways have been formulated by the White Russian railway commissariat. Jews will be employed as workers and also as officials.
Particular attention will be given to increasing the number of Jewish students in the technical railway schools where they will be qualified for the work. Training as engineers will also be given, it is announced. Very few Jews are now employed on the railways in White Russia.
