Two plaques honoring the memories of United States diplomats who served in Israel were unveiled here today at a ceremony at ZOA House.

They were Dr. Lincoln B. Hale, former head of the U.S. Operations Mission in Israel, who died in the United States while delivering a lecture on Israel, and Dr. Thomas H. McGrail, former cultural attache at the U.S. Embassy here, who was killed in an air crash in the Pacific Ocean. John J. Hagerty, current director of the U.S. Mission here, was one of the speakers.
