Abraham Rawutsky, Jewish writer and Poale Zion leader, arrived in America from Jerusalem on the S. C. Cleveland Thursday. Mr. Rawutsky, who was the first Jewish minister under Tchekovski’s reign in Ukrainia, has come to America for a lecture tour.
