Poles Ban Newspapers for Protest on Slur

All Yiddish newspapers had their issues confiscated for having commented on the verdict of a judge who decided that to shout “Hang the Jews” is not a breach of the peace.

However, the government apparently deeming some action essential, ordered the Minister of Justice to take disciplinary action against the judge responsible for the verdict. The investigation will also include a survey of the motives leading to the verdict.
