Relations between the Polish Government-in-Exile and Polish Jews in the United States are strained as a result of the inclusion of representatives of the anti-Semitic Endek Party in the Government, Dr. Ignacy Schwarzbart, Jewish deputy in the national council of the exiled government, said today. Dr. Schwarzbart spoke at a reception tendered him upon his return from the United States. He said that inclusion of the Endeks, “whose past has not been forgotten, evoked anger in Polish-Jewish circles in America.”
