President Bush told Israeli leaders they would receive enough warning of a U.S. strike on Iraq to prepare for possible Iraqi retaliation. Sources said Israel would receive an earlier warning than the 48- hour notice it received when the United States attacked Afghanistan last year. Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon met Thursday with Secretary of State Colin Powell in Washington and is expected to meet with congressional officials before returning to Israel.
