Prime Minister Ariel Sharon appears likely to win over his Cabinet on Israel’s plan to disengage from the Palestinians. Aides to Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Education Minister Limor Livnat, who both had voiced reservations about the plan, said after Sunday’s Cabinet meeting that they likely would support Sharon’s disengagement plan.
