Prof. Emanuel M. Meyers, internationally known Dutch Jewish lawyer of Leyden, died here at the age of 74. At the time of his death, Prof. Meyers was serving on a special governmental commission drafting a new national civil code. During the war he was a leader of Dutch Jews in the Nazi concentration camp at Theresienstadt. He was eulogized today in the Lower House of the Dutch Parliament.
