Proskauer, president of the American Jewish Committee and Jacob Blaustein, chairman of its oxecutive committee, have arrived here to act as consultant, and associate consultant, respectively, to the American delegation to the United Nations Security Conference. They were accompanied by Dr. Simon Siegel of the organization’s overseas committee, and Marcus Cohn, the American Jewish Committee’s representative in Washington.
