A public appeal for subscriptions to a fund to complete a memorial in the Vienna city park to Professor Josef Popper, outstanding Austrian Jewish philosopher, was issued here today.
Among the many prominent Austrian and German scholars and leaders who signed the appeal are Albert Einstein. Count Coudenhove and Arthur Schnitzler.
