Mircea Djuvara, new Minister of Justice, today told principal officials of his department that his chief concern was “maintenance of public order.”
At a special departmental conference, M. Djuvara said he will see that “legality is strictly preserved and that justice is a powerful dam breaking all waves of passion.”
