Rabbi Avraham Yeshayahu Dolgin, a Los Angeles rabbi who immigrated to Jerusalem in the 1970s, died Sunday in Israel. He was 89. From 1971 to 1976, he was director general of the Religious Affairs Ministry in Jerusalem.
