Rabbi Adolph H. Fink of Temple Emanu-El, will deliver the principal address at the 26th annual meeting of the Washington State Conference on Social Work. The conference will be held at Wenatchee, Washington, September 17 to 20. Rabbi Fink is first vice-president of the organization.
