An appeal to the Jews of Palestine to send sufficient matzohs for 32,000 needy Jews in Tripoli was received here today by the Jewish National Council from the Chief Rabbi of Tripoli, The Chief Rabbi also asked that two Hebrew teachers be sent to Tripoli.
