The Polish and Lithuanian governments have reduced the railway fares and the visa fees for hundreds of Chassidim who came to Riga to visit the famous Lubawitscher Rebbe on the occasion of the High Holidays. One hundred and fifty Chassidim were the Rebbe’s guests at the table during Rosh Hashanah.

The Lubawitscher Rebbe recently returned to his home in Riga from a stay of several months in the United States.
