The changing role of the administrator in Reform temples was evaluated at the 23rd annual Workshop convention of the National Association of Temple Administrators. The association represents executive secretaries from Reform Temples of the United States and Canada.

The 150 delegates also considered the suburbanization of many communities and the centralization of the Temple as the focal point in some Jewish communities. Frank J. Adler of Congregation B’nai Jehuda of Kansas City, Mo. is president.
