Rep. Hugh Scott of Pennsylvania submitted a new “hate sheet” to Postmaster General Summerfield today with a request to “search the postal laws to determine whether this filth can be stopped from the U.S. mails.”
Mr. Scott said the material he had submitted was published by Marie Krackenberger Mobley and Theodore G. Mobley of North Hollywood, Calif., and was postmarked at Essex, Calif. It contained “inflammatory” phrases directed against Jews and Negroes.
