A treaty of cultural exchange between Israel and the Republic of Panama was signed today in Panama. It provides for encouraging research, exchanges of publications, teachers and students and for mutual promotion of tourism between the two countries, Dr. Galileo Solis, Panama Minister of Foreign Affairs, signed for Panama and Ambassador Joshua Shai for Israel.
