An appeal has been lodged by Advocate Gruenapach, counsel for Maximilian Harden, for a revision of the trial of Harden’s two assailants, Weichhardt and Grenz. It is stated that the Attorney-General has also moved against the verdict of the jury, on the ground that the members of the jury during the course of the trial discussed with the counsel for the prisoners, matters affecting the trial.
