Alfred William Riggs, assistant superintendent of the Criminal Investigation Department, has been gazetted as an immigration officer of the Palestine government while retaining his present police duties.
Superintendent Riggs will have both capacities for the duration of Worms, there is the Rashi chapel, where he studied, as well as many other objects associated with his stay in Worms.
