Roumania Extends Russian Jews’stay

Russian Jewish refugees in Bessarabia will be permitted to remain until September 1, in accordance with a decision of the Ministerial Council announced today. The announcement further declares that at the expiration of the period of grace, Jewish refugees arriving on Roumanian soil after October 1920, will be obliged to seek an asylum elsewhere.
