Rudolph Giuliani will lead the U.S. delegation to an anti-Semitism conference in Vienna later this month. The former mayor of New York will be joined by State Department officials in the U.S. delegation to the conference, hosted by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Giuliani is being recognized for his work to combat hatred and prejudice in New York, the State Department said.
